Op dit moment is Kinect de morele winnaar van de strijd tussen Kinect en Playstation Move, maar liefst 3 miljoen exemplaren zijn er al verkocht terwijl Playstation Move op 1,5 miljoen exemplaren blijft steken. Volgens Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot is de kans aanwezig dat beide gadgets een toekomst hebben voor de next-gen consoles. Guillemot denkt zelf dat de strijd nog niet gestreden is tussen de beide camera’s.

Ubisoft geeft zelf aan beide fabrikanten te blijven ondersteunen in de toekomst aan de hand van soft en hardware.
